friday journal =) spring break

Last week of school. I finished my thematic Journal and go a 95%. It seemed like an easy project but once i got strated it became harder, but the good grade was worth the hardwork. I get to start reading a book called amnimal farm.

This week i had a lacrosse game every day. I kept reading the book Andromeda Strain it wasnt soo interesting but i have to read it for Science. I kept working on my theme journal, it is hard to find sources but once you find them its much easier to complete the assignment.

This week i continued to read to kill a mockingbird. I also started to read another book called "The Andromeda Strain" by Michael Crichton. This book is about a satellite that falls in a small town called Piedmont in Arizona. This satellite has some type of bacteria on it that kills humans instantly when they are exposed to it. The streets of Piedmont were littered with dead bodies of the town. The town of Piedmont has a population of 48 people. This book is amazing i would recommend it to anyone. I'm only on page 44 but so far this book has had many suspenseful moments.

This week we started reading to kill a mocking bird. The first few chapters were boring, hopefully the book will be good. In drama i did a skit on school of rock. It was a comedy script it wasn't that funny, but this week i have had a lot of work especially in math.

This week i worked on my greek assignment. I was assigned cyclops, a one eyed monster that would eat people. I also worked on my website project for odysseous. In weight lifiting i worked on bench press. My lacrosse team lost our first game but tied our second this season is going to hopefully be succsseful.

Friday Journal

This week i worked on colored pencil drawings in art. I am drawing an orchid and its a pinkish purple. I also finished reading "Night" completely. It was a very sad book but i made me understand more about the Holocaust and how bad it was. In drama i had to memorize a 10 minute script from a huge play. At first it looked overwhelming but then i became easier. =)

This week was very interesting. In art we worked on one point perspective. Art is one of my best subjects. I also stared to read a Holocaust book called "Night". So far the book has been very good, i am enjoying it a lot. In drama we are reading a play called "Broadway Bound", its really boring but i don't have a choice on what i want to read.
